Terms of Service

By using Episo, you agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and in line with these terms and the Content Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or use Episo to harm others.

Stories and user content

You keep ownership of the stories and content you create, but you grant Episo the rights needed to host, display, translate where enabled, recommend, moderate, and distribute that content inside the service. You must only publish content you have the right to share.

Zero tolerance for abuse

Episo has no tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, child-safety violations, spam, fraud, or abusive users. Users can report stories, comments, and profiles, block abusive users, and contact support. Episo reviews safety reports as quickly as possible, targets action within 24 hours for objectionable content reports, and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Gems, gifts, premium, and creator program

Readers may buy Gem packs through supported app stores and send named gifts to authors. Purchased Gems are not withdrawable by readers. Gifts create in-app support signals for creators and may affect creator-program review, eligibility, and platform-managed support features, subject to anti-fraud review, supported methods, and applicable law.

Safety and enforcement

Episo may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or block creator-program actions where we believe there is abuse, fraud, policy violation, legal risk, or harm to the community.

Changes

We may update these terms as Episo grows. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
