Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion directly inside the app from Profile, Settings, Delete Account. This is the fastest way to start the deletion process because it verifies ownership from inside the signed-in account.

If you cannot access your account

If you cannot sign in, contact support at hello@easyshortlet.com. Include the email address connected to your account and clearly state that you want your account deleted.

What is deleted

Account access, profile details, personal preferences, saved library data, and public profile visibility are removed or anonymized where technically possible.

What may be kept

Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, payment disputes, tax, accounting, withdrawal history, safety, moderation, audit logs, or legal compliance. Retained records are limited to what is reasonably necessary.

Processing time

Most requests are processed within a reasonable support window. Complex payment, safety, or legal reviews may require additional time.
